I normally don’t go out of my way to do a review, but I must say something here! I was first introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and Advanced Rolfing through Sharalee in April of 2022 and I must say it has been a life changing experience! I originally sought out Sharalee’s help because of stress and anxiety but walked away with so much more! I’ve been living with lower back pain/sciatica since 2007 and dealing with Inguinal nerve pain from past hernia surgeries since 2017. After seeing many medical doctors over the years, I had accepted these symptoms along with all the body aches as just a part of life. Today, I write this review to testify that I no longer have lower back pain, Inguinal nerve pain, or body aches! In fact, I had a sports injury from 1978 that caused my right foot to swing out when taking steps that no longer is an issue… I got my life back! The key to my sustained success that I share in this review is twofold; it is directly attributed to Sharalee’s professionalism, advanced skill and knowledge, a great educator and listener! Secondly, after Sharalee made corrections through Advanced Rolfing techniques. I listened, learned, and put into practice all that Sharalee taught me about proper posture.
