Welcome and thank you for visiting! ​I’m Heily. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA); Life Coach; & Licensed School Counselor in NC. I love what I do and it is a great privilege to help people on their journey through life. I started counseling in 2017 with the goal of providing a warm and nonjudgmental environment for people to express themselves and discover self-understanding. I hope to improve our community by providing quality counseling services. I aspire to bring out the best in the everyone. ​The counseling approach I utilize is grounded in compassion and built around the strengths-based and solution focused techniques. In this approach we will explore your experiences to identify areas of strength and how we can find solutions for your current challenges. ​I utilize an array of unique interventions in the counseling process such as Walking Therapy, Nature Therapy and humor.
