Foundations for Health and Wellness is a Christian-owned, faith-based company, that was formed from a deep desire to help people suffering with chronic health issues. I believe strongly in health from a Holistic point of view - treating the person as a whole. Most of the people I work with are not getting answers from conventional medicine and want help fixing the root of their problems, not just to cover up with prescriptions. My goal is to help you determine the root cause of your chronic health issues, and through various diet and lifestyle modifications, work together to get you to a place of optimal health.

Utilizing both phone and zoom, I am able to serve clients virtually from any state. In-person consults are available serving all of Ohio! Go Bucks!!
