Integrative Medicine incorporates the wisdom of multiple approaches to health, not just conventional medicine, and seeks to partner with each patient on their individual health journey. At Grace we start by simply listening to your story and your personal health goals - this is all about you. If you feel great already, we offer true preventive medicine testing and coaching to keep you there. If you know there has to be something better than how you feel now, we can help. There is no judgement at Grace; too often we blame ourselves when you know there is just something not quite right - but no one will listen.

Grace Integrative Medicine looks for the root cause of your symptoms, many of which may seem to be unrelated. We have access to a wide variety of tests not frequently used in a regular doctor office, including saliva, urine and stool testing. Our services include Ayurveda for lifestyle medicine (personalized nutrition and self-care), osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), functional medicine approach to hormone dysfunction (including non-hormone replacement options for adrenal, thyroid and sex hormones), mind-body approaches to chronic pain and anxiety, and epigenetics or genetic susceptibility assessments (MTHFR, COMT, etc.). When used with the underlying approach of whole person health, each simply supports your body's natural function and ability to heal, allowing a natural return to health. We treat chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and chronic pain, pelvic pain and urinary bladder issues, irritable bowel syndrome, food and chemical sensitivities, insomnia, depression, brain fog, and other chronic conditions. Our goal is to treat these issues without prescription medications, unless they are truly needed.

When a doctor tells you "it is all in your head" or they have "nothing else for you", Grace can help. We do not claim to cure everyone of every illness, but we do believe that there is more to health than prescription medications and chronic symptoms which must be managed for a lifetime.
