Yoga Flow is a new class inside the salt cave where the flow of the class is dictated by you! Our Certified Yoga instructor, Gilly Lusby, will collaborate and take into account the experience level of the participant when giving poses to strengthen the body from the inside out, while focusing on the breath and calming of the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and white socks to enter the cave.
