I advocate an all natural holistic approach to healing and maintaining a healthy body by promoting plant-based whole foods, such as, fruits and vegetables, and herbs into your daily meals. Using what nature has provided to us, without the harmful additives, preservatives, or synthetic and toxic ingredients, our bodies can heal itself. The natural source of medication that nature provides with sufficient nutrients, minerals without harmful side-affects.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. It is important to learn about the benefits of plants and what it takes to help the body to function properly and to build the immune system. The immune system works to keep germs out of the body and destroy any that get in, so it is imperative to keep it working properly by feeding the body what it needs. The food we eat today is not the same as it was years ago. Food can be your medicine or it can be your poison. So many people are confused about what to eat, where to eat, and when to eat and they are simply overwhelmed by their choices. You will get the education you need to be able to make the choices that is specifically right for you to develop a healthy relationship with food to reach and sustain your wellness goals. Changing to a healthier lifestyle is a gradual transition. Traditional diets do not work. I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. A lifestyle change is accomplished one step at a time, along with will-power and determination. It's not easy but it is so worth it!

WHAT TO EXPECT... Together, we will assess your current health status and evaluate your current diet's nutritional quality. We will determine your nutritional needs and provide you with a nutrition prescription and a sample meal plan that will be streamlined to your needs. We will discuss long-term goals and an action plan to make sustainable changes. The sessions will be based on your personal goals, progress and continually changing needs and questions. To keep you on track, you will be provided continuous education, discussions of goal progress and assessments dietary changes. RESULTS! ARE YOU READY FOR A CHANGE?
