Vinyasa Flow will explore mindful movement with an emphasis on intentional breathing to assist with focus, stability, and control.
This class will explore mindful movement with an emphasis on intentional breathing to assist with focus, stability and control. Typically, the class will build into fluid movements, and perhaps more challenging postures, using the breath as a guide and focal point for the practice. Our teachers are uniquely trained to offer modifications, placing more importance on molding postures to fit your body rather than the other way around. All levels are welcome.
